Q: How do I rent the floats ?
A: Submit thr Rental Form or drop us your message via FB messanger/whatsapp @ +60102401194. We will get back to you shortly. (Only text Message!)
Q: Do I have to make payment beforehand ?
A: Yes, after confirming on the availability of the floats and dates, we will get you to transfer the rental amount to our bank account to book the floats and dates. We work on a first-payment, first-serve basis. Payment is non-refundable and non-cancellation. If thereare any unfortunate circumstances, we will use the amount as store credits for future usage.
Q: Do I need to put any deposit ?
A: Yes,deposit will be RM200 per float, RM300 per unicorn float or sea shell float. This is to ensure that we will be compensated in case floats are damaged upon returning. We will then assess the damages and deduct accordingly. For floats that are severely damaged, we may even require you to top up for the cost of the floats. This is basic responsibility and courtesy thus we seek your understanding if this situation indeed happens. :(
Q: What if I want to rent them for 2 days ?
A: For an extra day, we charge RM10 per day each float. For eg: Unicorn for 2days will be RM45 + 10= RM55 in total.
Q: What if I want to rent them for 6 days ?
A: We do rentals fo 5 days , 3 days & 1 day. So for any extra day, we will charge RM10 per day per float.
Q: Do you check the floats before handling over to us?
A: Yes! Definately. As we have to check the floats after the previous renters had return to us. This way, we are also ensuring that the next renter will get their floats in good condition.
Q: Will deposit be returned to us upon returning?
A: Deposit will be return to you via bank transfer after checking obtained. Usually we will check all customer's returned floats on weekend as we need times to inflate/deflate the floaties and to make sure that they are not damaged. It is not possible to inspect them on the spot as some floats are really huge. Do not worry, we will not run away with your deposit!
Q: Where are the collection points?
A: Self collection at the moment due to higher volume of rentals! It is extremely tiring to lug floats and fro. As for collection, it will depend on our availability as well but we try our best to accommodate you as we understand that you may need to rush off your trips/staycations! :) Self collection delivery service is only available @ Kepong area! Alternatively, you may choose to have them delivered to your doorstep by UberMY.
Q: What is UberMY ?
A: UberMY pick-up & delivery service is only applicable for New Registered User. We will provide to customers that prefer UberMY delivery service a Promo code which worth for 2 free rides, each ride up to RM30! Customer then just need to set the pick-up location & destination, assigned Uber's Partner will go to the 'Pick-Up Location' collect the floats from us and send directly to customer's doorstep.
Q: How do I return the float(s) and pump(s)?
A: By UberMY pick-up service or Self collection arrangement ! :)
Q: How heavy are the floats and pumps?
A: An estimate of the smaller floats (donut,pretzel,popsicle) are less than 3kg. For the bigger floats (swan,watermelon,unicorn,lemon,etc.), they will be about 2.5-3kg. For white sea shell float is about 5kg. For the electric air pump, it's about 500g.
Terms & Conditions
1.The Renter shall keep and maintain the rented
floats and pumps during the terms of the rental at
his/her own cost and expenses. He/She shall keep
the floats and pumps in good state. Floats that
are not cleaned and returned in poor condition
will be chargeable RM50 per float!
*Keep the floats in good condition, neatly packed
& dry upon returning!
2. The Renter shall not do anything too vigorous
to the floats.(Do Not Jump On Them!) Treat them
with proper care, including the pumps.
3. The Owner does not hold responsible for any
injuries caused by the floats and pumps.
4. All floats have been checked and
ensured there is no damage prior handling
to the customers. The Renter upon
receiving the floats and
pumps from the Owner has to check the
float/pumps for any defects
before inflating or using them
within 3-4 hours from time where collection
made.
5. The floats are fragile and any small tear
might not be able to tell hence in some cases,
Renter may have accidentally cause a tear and have
no clue about it. Again, we will assess the damages accordingly. We will definately ensure that the floats are in good condition before handling it over to you.
6. An amount of deposit shall be paid prior the renting period and shall be returned to the customer only after 14 working days after the renting period provided if there are no damage or losses to our properties. As we can only access the returned floats during every Saturday & Sunday! Seeking for your kind attantion & cooperation!
7. The Renter shall pay the Owner compensation for replacement of floats and pumps that are not returned or found defected at any case. Defects will be assessed on whether if it can be fixed. If it is a mild tear or hole that we can patch, we will charge depending on the size and difficulty of the floats. If it is a huge tear or a big hole, we will have to forfeit the Renter's deposit and Renter might have to top up for the replacement float accordingly to its selling price after deduction from Renter's balance deposit.
8. Delayed return of the floats and pumps without informing the Owner will result in Renter's deposit being forfeited.
9. Payment are non-refundable and non-cancellation is allowed. Under unfortunate circumstances that you are unable to rent the floats, the amount will be transferred to store credits for future usage.
10. By renting with us, the Renter accept these terms from the Owner. For any questions arise during the rental period, do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you!
11. For float purchases, we do not hold any responsibility if Buyer failed to informed the seller within 7 days upon float arrival in case of damaged floats or any after care services. We are only responsible for ordering and passing the floats to you in their original condition upon arrival at our place. If such cases arise, we will try our best to get a return or exchange for you however fees will have to be borne by you.
12. Prices will be updated accordingly to demand and supply hence confirmed orders(paid orders) that are made before the change of prices will not be affected. Similarly, refunds will not be entertained.
